What Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo’s birth charts reveal amid cheating scandal
[ad_1]
“This Love” has taken a tabloid turn.
Maroon 5 frontman and full blown Pisces Adam Levine is in the murky midst of a cheating scandal.
In a now viral Tik-Tok video Instagram model Sumner Stroh alleges that Levine cheated on his supermodel wife, the bull queen Behati Prinsloo with her over the course of a year.
A few days before Stroh went public with their alleged affair, Prinsloo revealed she is expecting her third child with Levine. Oy.
Levine and Prinsloo began dating in 2012 and after a brief split, married in 2014. The couple welcomed Virgo daughter Dusty Rose in 2016 and Aquarius Gio Grace in 2018.
Prior to his relationship with Prinsloo, Levine was an avowed Lothario, open about his failures in fidelity. As he told Cosmopolitan Magazine in 2009, “Instinctively, monogamy is not in our genetic makeup. People cheat. I have cheated. And you know what? There is nothing worse than the feeling of doing it.”
Nothing worse, except perhaps being publicly called out for your tomcatting and skewered by the internet for your indiscretions. The jury is still out on the extent of Levine’s “line crossing” but in an attempt to understand him, we’re taking a look at his birth chart as well as the finer points of Prinsloo’s zodiac sign. What do the stars spell about the singer and the fate of this union? Read on to learn more.
Double water, double trouble
Born March 18, 1979, 43-year-old Levine is a double water sign with a Pisces sun and a secret loving Scorpio moon. His ascendant or rising is in the love hungry, worship required sign of Leo. Pisces is the sign of the escape artists and natives are acutely sensitive creatures that require regular retreat from the harshness of reality. That retreat can take many forms, including but not limited to creative pursuits, heavy narcotics, and the bodies of other people
In a statement posted to his Instagram Story, Levine responded to cheating allegations by writing, “I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner. I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life.”
As a water sign, Pisces often struggle with boundaries, setting them and sticking to them, so it tracks that Levine would cop to crossing a line being that he’s not strong at drawing them in the first place. In my experience, Pisces men tend to be trickle truth tellers, naturally conflict averse they never reveal everything at once, biding their time to see what they can get away with. Following Stroh’s revelation, more women have come forward alleging Levine has exchanges lascivious messages with them.
Volatile Venus
Levine has Venus, planet of love and attachment, square Uranus planet of rebellion. This challenging aspect indicates a wild and wooly love life as natives struggle to balance their need for independence with their need for intimacy. Those with this aspect often want the reliability of a rock steady romance while at the same time seek to upset that comfort, consciously or not, with the occasional dash of chaos. Commitment issues abound, folks.
Levine also has love planet Venus trine Pluto, planet of death and regeneration. This aspect lends itself to a consuming kind of intensity in matters of art and the human heart. As Astrology.com explains of this trine “When you engage in art, music, or other forms of creativity, you’re able to channel the visceral depths of your feelings in a way that brings about transformative experiences for yourself as well as your audience.”
In a tale as old as time, the emotional intensity and unrest that make Levine a great artist in turn make him a complicated and deeply flawed romantic partner. Add to the pot, or cauldron as it were, that Levine’s moon is in Scorpio, the sign that rules the eighth house of sex, death and all that goes on behind the scenes and/or bump in the night. As such hidden agendas, secret motives and illicit behavior are par for the course.
Follow the New York Post’s coverage of Adam Levine:
Scorpio gets off on secrets, both holding them and wielding them. This lunar placement serves to explain why Levine would want to name his unborn son after his mistress. I knew a Scorpio moon who named his dog after his ex just to enjoy the thrill of saying her name in front of his wife. It ain’t pretty folks.
Usually, a Scorpio moon is a little more discreet about their dark deeds than Levine has proven to be. I chalk up the flagrancy of his extracurricular activities to his showboat Leo rising.
Leos = big hair, big drama
A cursory stalk of Sumner Stroh’s Instagram page reveals the brunette is a Leo sun. Big cats are big on romance are undeterred by drama. Compliments are catnip to this ilk and with Levine’s Leo rising it’s easy to see how and why the communication between he and Stroh would hinge on hyping up each other’s hotness. Eye roll. In light of her allegations Stroh has received both support and condemnation.
Aquarius actress Sarah Foster, whose own family was divided by her father’s extramarital affair went on a Tik-Tok rant directed at Stroh, telling her, “You knew this man was married, OK? And you participated. You could’ve easily ignored the messages. You knew he was married. We do not feel sorry for you.” Meanwhile, Gemini model and author Emily Ratajkowski defended the young model, noting the “skewed power dynamic” between Levine and Stroh who was twenty two at the time of the alleged affair.
Earth mother
Born May 16, Levine’s wife Behati Prinsloo’s sun is in sensual, practical earth bound Taurus. Prinsloo’s birth year is contested with some sources claiming she’s an 88 bull baby and others maintaining she’s was born fine as wine in 1989. Because of the possibility for error in interpretation, we will be focusing solely on the effects of her sun sign on the relationship. Bulls like Prinsloo like their pastures well appointed, their partners loyal and the emotional upheaval kept to a minimum. They want to be comfortable in love and can easily lean into decadence.
On an elemental level, water signs like Levine nurture earth signs, encouraging them to bloom where they are planted and dig deep in their feels. Conversely, earth signs like Prinsloo offer water signs direction and stability. On the downswing, earth signs can feel choked by the emotional onslaught of a water sign and water signs can feel parched by the signature stoicism of earth. Yet, Pisces lives in the imagination and Taurus can make life a dream, filled with snacks and sex, soft lighting and simple pleasures.
It tracks that an escapist Pisces like Levine and an indulgent Taurus like Prinsloo would join forces as cofounders of single origin tequila company Cali Rosa. Apropos of their sign, a Pisces can drink like a fish and bulls are big on a big time, so long as they don’t have to leave the house, a fact made clear by Prinsloo who hosted the launch party for Cali Rosa at the couple’s Los Angeles home.
Within that home, the beautiful blend of aesthetic and ease that a fish X bull union brings is on full display. Featured in a 2021 Architectural Digest video clip, the modernist ranch combines moody art (Pisces) and comfort forward earth tone furniture including a pair of chairs that resemble skinned Wookies (Taurus). A piece by Rashid Johnson is prized by Levine who describes the works as, “emotional, complicated but also really beautiful.” True of the painting, true of the man, and true of the marriage it would seem.
Taurus is ruled by Venus and as such, natives value privacy, dislike like messiness, and are keenly aware of how they present to and are perceived by others, qualities reflected in Prinsloo’s radio silence about the allegations and choice to present a sunny front in their first public spotting. Furthermore, Taurus is a fixed sign that is slow to adopt change and make important decisions so it’s likely whatever moves Prinsloo makes will be discreet, thoughtfully considered and vested in the comfort and well being of her children.
Trust they say, is gained in drops and lost in buckets and Levine it seems has set forth a flood and while an affair does not always signify the end of a relationship it does represent a point of no return. These waters are particularly rough when considering that a Taurus like Prinsloo can hold a grudge with more conviction than any other sign in the zodiac.
Can their love story survive scandal?
While Levine is the perpetrator of this current marital messiness, it is bull queen Prinsloo who ultimately holds the power to forgive and forge ahead or bow out and back away. Taurus is built to endure and natives display deep dedication to their partners, often to a self-destructive degree, looking at you Tammy “stand by your man” Wynette and Teresa Giudice who stayed wed a long while to ex-husband despite his drinking, philandering and verbal tirades. Indeed, bull folk are often loyal to what harms them. Yet, while a Taurus may forge ahead in a relationship after trust has been broken you can guarantee the path to earning forgiveness from Prinsloo will be a long one for Levine.
For as lavish and loving as Taurus can be they can go equally hard in the opposite direction. A betrayed bull can sever ties, punish at will, starve the offending party of affection and and easily make those that crossed them wish they had never been born. Suffering equals atonement for this lot, and take it from a Taurus, that dude will RUE the day.
Whatever the future holds, we root for redemption, prize truth and wish for the well being of both parties, together or separate.
