Where is pro wrestler Sasha Banks now?

A lot has happened since she left WWE in May, including Vince McMahon’s resignation as CEO and chairman in July as a result of an investigation into payments to several women that went unnoticed for years.
According to an Aug. 1 story, Banks and her day partner Naomi are set to return to WWE soon.

Professional wrestling career
Chaotic Wrestling (2010–2012)
In 2008, Kaestner-Varnado began training in wrestling with Chaotic Wrestling (CW), which is headquartered in Woburn, Massachusetts. [source: missing citation] On October 1, 2010, she made her ring debut under the ring name Mercedes KV. The competition was an intergender tag team match and they ended up losing to Alexxis and Danny E. She joined Nikki Roxx for the fight. KV and Roxx would often team up and support each other ringside, having quickly bonded and developed a friendship. KV’s first singles match was on October 22 and she was defeated by Danny E. in their rematch on November 13.
KV won her first match on January 7, 2011 when she and Roxx defeated Alexxis and Mistress Belmont in a tag team match. This win marked KV’s debut in the ring. On February 11, KV participated in a five-woman bout to determine the first-ever Chaotic Wrestling Women’s Champion, but failed to win the title. KV continued to compete in singles matches through the end of 2011, and on December 2, she won the Chaotic Wrestling Women’s Championship for the first time by defeating Alexxis in an “I Quit” match. KV’s win gave her the title.
On January 6, 2012, KV successfully defended its championship title against Barbie for the first time. On January 27, KV took on Luscious Latasha for the championship. Despite losing to Latasha, KV was able to defend her crown. In a rematch against Alexxis, KV was able to successfully defend his title and win the championship. After that, she was victorious in her two defenses of the championship against Nikki Roxx. After winning a fatal four-way match against Alexxis, Barbie and Mistress Belmont on June 1, KV successfully defended her title and broke Alexxis’ previous record of 182 days as the longest-reigning Chaotic Wrestling Women’s Champion. WWE
SmackDown Women’s Champion (2020–2021)
After WrestleMania 36, Banks and Bayley teased the possibility of a rivalry, focusing on the narrative that Banks is the cause of Bayley’s success and that Bayley is largely to blame for Banks’ lost efforts. On the June 5 edition of SmackDown, Banks and Bayley reclaimed the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship by defeating Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross. The IIconics (Billie Kay and Peyton Royce), the Kabuki Warriors, Shotzi Blackheart and Tegan Nox and other teams were among the opponents they faced as they defended their crowns (Asuka and Kairi Sane).
Banks and Asuka competed for the Raw Women’s Championship at Extreme Rules on July 19 at The Horror Show. The fight was marred by controversy after Asuka unintentionally spat green mist in the referee’s face. Once the referee’s shirt was gone, Bayley counted the pin to declare Banks the undisputed champion. In the end, Banks won the title for a record-breaking fifth time on July 27 episode of Raw when Asuka left the ring to protect her tag team teammate Kairi Sane from a Bayley attack backstage. With her win, Banks and Bayley became the first female tag team in history to simultaneously hold both the individual and tag team titles and finish sixth overall. A Better Source Is Needed Asuka and Banks maintained their rivalry throughout August, culminating in a title match at SummerSlam on August 23, where Banks again lost the Raw Women’s Championship to Asuka. Banks and Bayley were defeated by Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler for the Women’s Tag Team Championship on August 30 at the Payback event.
