Who is Dunsin Oyekan?

Dunsin Oyekan is a Nigerian gospel singer. He is also a guitarist, a songwriter, a music producer, and a recording artist. Open Up, a popular gospel song, was produced by him. Christians in Nigeria know the song very well. About 2 million people have watched the song on YouTube alone, calling it “soul uplifting.” Dunsin Oyekan is also recognized as a musician for the song “If All I Say is Jesus.” The song is one of those on his album Code Red.

Biography of Dunsin Oyekan

The influence of Dunsin Oyekan’s ministry reached all over Nigeria and the rest of the world. People often refer to him as “The Eagle.” He loves soul-winning missions, and the Code Red Worship Experience and the Healing Room Worship Event, both of which he started, help him do just that. Dr. Pastor Paul Enenche, the Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Center, Worldwide, was a great influence on him.

In this post, I will talk about Dunsin Oyekan’s life story, his wife, his age, his parents, and how much money he has. First, let’s talk about who he is.

Dunsin Oyekan was born in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria, on November 5, 1984. He was born as the only son of Gbadebo Oyekan’s family. His father hasn’t shown up yet, but his mother is still alive.

Dunsin attended the Airforce Nursery and Primary school in Ilorin for his early education. He started high school at the Federal Government College in Ilorin and finished at the Baptist Model High School in Ilorin. The two schools are in Ilorin.

Dunsinc was not happy with his level of education, so he went to the University of Ilorin in Kwara State and obtained a degree in Industrial Chemistry. He also met his wife at the University of Ilorin in Kwara State, where he studies.

Adedoyin Oyekan was married to Dunsin Oyekan until his death on May 18, 2019. He never posted a sad note on Facebook about his wife’s death. Instead, she celebrated the victory because she thought her husband was already in heaven. No one knows why her husband died, but she has been laid to rest since 2019.

Dunsin Oyekan has not found another wife, and he has not said whether he wants to or not.

Dunsin met his late wife on February 2, 2013, and they had two children together.

His father’s love for music was the beginning of Dunsin Oyekan’s ministry. When he was young, his father got him into playing the bass guitar. He agreed, and by the time he was 10, he was a master of the instrument. Because of this, he loves music. He joined the local choir and moved toward a career in the music business.

Dunsin Oyekan makes music for a living. He started playing the guitar, but now he plays many other instruments.

He once directed the music for Avalanche of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) choir (COZA). He said he left the church because he had a fight with the church leader.

Even though Dunsin was defeated, it did not stop him from spreading the gospel to which he was called. He preached on big stages like “The Experience 2017,” where he preached on the song “Na You” with Kim Burrell. He has also shared the stage and worked with gospel musicians such as Tasha Cobbs, Kurt Carr, Don Moen, Byron Cage, Tye Tribbett, William Murphy, Chris Morgan, Kim Burrell, Sinach, Tasha Page-Lockhart, Frank Edwards, and Freke Ummm.

Dunsin Oyekan’s first album, Code Red, had 14 songs and came out in 2016. Since then, he has released over thirty songs. He has a record deal with Dunsin Oyekan.
