The highly anticipated Selling Sunset spin-off series is out now. Selling the OC is a Netflix original show that started on August 24 and is about 11 real estate agents who work at the Orange County office of the Oppenheim Group.

Los Angeles was definitely glamorous, but Southern California may have even more to offer. The setting and setup of the show is said to be like nothing viewers have ever seen before.

One of the eager cops you’ll meet this season is Polly Brindle, a vivacious British woman who used to be a model. “The first year I worked in business was great. It’s been crazy,” she explains.

Polly sat down with Women’s Health before the movie came out to talk about her childhood, how she felt at home with the O Group, her battles with the Alexandras, and other things, including that beach scene.

Polly left the North of England when she was a teenager to become a successful model, but not before working in an architectural firm, tending a bar, running a restaurant and doing other jobs. ‘I’m a con man, and I rushed. I just throw things against the wall and see what sticks. Polly says, “That way I’m very flexible.” IMDb says she’s had minor roles in three movies, including The Glass Man, Jingle Dead 2, and Rush, where she’s listed as Polly Furnival.

Polly’s real estate experience

After Polly moved to California in 2011, her bio on The O Group’s team page says that she first got into design and architecture. She told Bustle that until the pandemic in 2020 she worked for an architectural firm and closed her company. She says she wanted more stability, so she got her real estate license and moved to the OC. When casting directors called her around the same time she met Jason Oppenheim, the rest is history.
