The second actor was photographed leaving a Starbucks in Los Angeles on the morning of August 20 in Georgia. When the celebrity photographer asked why he wasn’t at his brother’s wedding, Casey asked for the question to be repeated, then mumbled something like, “I have other things to do,” and got into an SUV, as seen in a video posted by Page six and TMZ. Casey did not back up his remarks or elaborate when asked again, but instead closed the car door.

E! News reached out to Casey’s rep for comment, but did not hear back.

The source said People that Casey did not attend the wedding celebration due to “family, parental responsibilities at home.” The actor shares his sons Indiana18 and Atticus14 years old, with ex-wife Summer Phoenix.
