Ms Bowman has been employed by Rio Tinto since 2011. During this time, she led the implementation of the company’s commitment to the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, developed the company’s industry-leading approach to transparency, and collaborated with governments. , civil society and international organizations on how investment in mining can better support development.
